Facilities
POP3 Mailboxes
Create a POP3 mailbox when you need a dedicated email address, such as [email protected]. Your mail client (eg Outlook) downloads emails to your device, while webmail also provides online access when needed.
IMAP Mailboxes
IMAP mailboxes keep your emails stored securely on our servers, allowing multiple devices to stay fully synchronised. Read, reply to, or delete emails on one device and the changes instantly appear across all others. Mailbox sizes from 100MB to 20GB are available.
Mail Forwards
Mail forwarding allows multiple email addresses to direct mail to a single mailbox or external address. This is ideal if you need addresses such as info@yourdomain or sales@yourdomain without creating separate mailboxes for each one.
Auto-Responders
Auto-responders automatically reply to incoming emails with a pre-written message. They are commonly used for out-of-office notices, acknowledgements, or confirming that a message has been received.
Group Addresses
Group addresses send copies of incoming emails to multiple recipients at the same time. For example, emails sent to [email protected] can automatically reach every member of your sales team.
Catch-all
Catch-all addresses ensure you receive emails sent to any address at your domain, including misspelled addresses. While convenient, they can also increase unwanted spam emails sent to random addresses.
Spam & Virus Filtering (Option)
Optional spam and virus filtering helps protect your mailbox from unwanted or potentially harmful emails. You can adjust filtering sensitivity and monitor statistics to see how effectively messages are being blocked.
Webmail
Webmail allows you to read and reply to emails from anywhere with an internet connection. Choose from two easy-to-use interfaces to access your mailbox while away from the office.
