Business Grade VoIP

Introducing Hosted VoIP

Hosted VoIP is a major upgrade from our Basic VoIP service. Designed to scale effortlessly from a single user to hundreds, it delivers a powerful, feature-rich, and highly flexible communications solution. With simple 1-month contracts, you can adapt your service as your needs change โ€” without being tied into long-term commitments.

Whether youโ€™re a home user looking for greater control, a sole trader working on the move, or a growing business with teams across the globe, Hosted VoIP provides the flexibility, reliability, and advanced features to keep you connected.

We can offer a choice of Pay As You Go (PAYG) path, or one with bundled minutes. All users must be one or the other, they cannot be split.

Users

Users

Think of a user as an individual person within your organisation. If they need their own extension and the ability to make and receive calls independently, a user licence will be required.

Bundled Minutes

Bundled Minutes

If you opt for the bundled minutes path, these minutes are pooled. For example, 5 users would give the VoIP account a total of 10,000 minutes (5 x 2000) per month.

Features

Users & Devices

Users are created whenever there is a requirement to make and/or receive calls. In most cases, this represents an individual within a business, although users can also be assigned to shared spaces such as meeting rooms or boardroom phones. Each user can have multiple devices linked to their account, including desk phones, softphones, and mobile applications.

Every user also benefits from access to their own control panel, providing simple management of personal call features and activity. This includes access to voicemail, call recordings, active calls, forwarding settings, and conference scheduling โ€” all from a single, easy-to-use interface.

Groups allow you to combine multiple destinations into a single, easy-to-manage call handling solution. A group can include users, devices, additional groups, and even external telephone numbers, providing complete flexibility over how incoming calls are distributed.

When a group receives a call, you can define exactly how its members are contacted. Calls can ring all members simultaneously, follow a specific routing order, cycle through users evenly, or apply more advanced hunt group strategies based on your requirements. This makes groups ideal for departments, sales teams, support desks, shared responsibilities, or any scenario where calls need to be handled efficiently by multiple people.

As standard, we provide auto-provisioning support for over 130 desk phone models across seven leading manufacturers, including Yealink, Snom, Cisco, Poly, Gigaset, Grandstream, and Fanvil, along with support for multiple softphone providers. This allows devices to be connected to our platform quickly and reliably, often within just a few minutes.

Beyond initial setup, our platform also gives you powerful in-life device management capabilities. Remotely perform reboots, firmware upgrades, reprovisioning, and key assignment changes directly from the control panel, without needing physical access to the device. This simplifies administration, reduces support time, and makes managing large deployments significantly more efficient.

Multiple address books can be created and managed for individual users, departments, or company-wide access, ensuring contacts are always organised and easily available where needed. Permissions and visibility can be tailored to suit your organisation, allowing users to access only the contacts relevant to them.

On a per-user basis, address books can be synchronised directly to compatible devices using LDAP, providing seamless access from desk phones and supported applications. Integration with popular CRM platforms is also available, enabling contact information to remain consistent across your communications and business systems.

When synced, contacts can be searched and accessed directly from connected devices, while recognised caller information can automatically be displayed during incoming calls. This helps users quickly identify callers, improves efficiency, and creates a more professional call handling experience.

Visibility

Call Management

Itemised Calls

Itemised Calls

All inbound and outbound calls are fully itemised, including those currently in progress, giving you real-time visibility of activity across your system. Each call record includes detailed analytics such as call quality metrics, duration, routing path, and endpoint information. Where enabled, call recordings are also directly accessible from within the same view, making it easy to review interactions and troubleshoot issues.

Call Heatmap

Call Heatmap

Our Call Heatmap provides a visual, geographic representation of your call data. By mapping inbound and outbound activity to locations, it highlights where your callers are based and where your business is engaging most actively. This helps identify regional trends, demand hotspots, and opportunities for growth.

Call Recordings

Call Recordings

Call recordings are presented in a clear, visual format, allowing you to see both sides of the conversation with channel separation. This enables playback control such as muting individual parties for clearer review. All recordings are securely encrypted and replicated across two UK-based data centres to ensure resilience, compliance, and long-term data integrity.

Number Presentation

Number Presentation

Outbound number presentation can be fully controlled at both user and system level. You can choose to present a number assigned to your account or use an authorised external number where permitted. This flexibility allows you to maintain brand consistency, support multi-site operations, and manage outbound identity with ease.

Call Statistics

Call Statistics

Comprehensive call statistics are available across users, groups, and the entire account, covering both inbound and outbound traffic. Data can be viewed over daily, weekly, monthly, or custom time periods, providing valuable insight into performance, call volumes, and operational trends at both individual and team level.

Call Monitoring

Call Monitoring

Call monitoring features allow authorised supervisors to listen to live calls in progress without alerting either party. This permission-based functionality is ideal for training, quality assurance, and support environments, helping improve service standards while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Support

Faults & Security

Faults

Faults

All support requests can be raised directly through the control panel, ensuring issues are logged and tracked efficiently in one place. This enables our team to carry out real-time diagnostics, capture detailed contextual information about the fault, and provide timely updates through a ticket-based system. The result is faster resolution times and greater transparency throughout the support process.

Block List

Block List

Easily manage unwanted callers by adding specific numbers to a block list, preventing them from reaching your system. Numbers can be added manually or directly from the itemised call history, making it quick to stop persistent marketing or nuisance calls. Blocked numbers are applied instantly across your account for immediate protection.

Authentication Logs

Authentication Logs

Authentication logs provide a detailed record of all device registration and re-registration activity. This includes information such as IP addresses, ports, protocols, and associated user devices. These logs are invaluable for troubleshooting connectivity issues, auditing system access, and supporting fraud detection and prevention efforts.

Fraud Prevention Alerts

Fraud Prevention Alerts

Stay protected with proactive fraud monitoring and alerting. You can set spending thresholds to trigger notifications, while intelligent monitoring systems detect unusual calling patterns or traffic spikes. Alerts can be delivered via email and SMS, enabling rapid response to potential fraud or misuse.

Call Barring

Call Barring

Call barring allows you to restrict outbound calling to specific number ranges or categories. This includes options such as international calling, premium rate services, or directory enquiry numbers like 118 services. These controls help reduce costs, prevent misuse, and enforce organisational calling policies.
