For ease, we provide console access through our control panel allowing you to RDP or SSH into your VPS. This helps ensure that you have easy access without the need for third party applications.

All our support is housed internally based in Surrey. For Windows users you have full administrator Remote Desktop rights, and Linux machines full root SSH access, allowing you to control the machine and install and configure all aspects of the server. Alternatively you can use our control panels to setup and configure accounts without any previous experience needed!

Our control panel is similar to popular solutions such as cPanel, but as it's been written in-house we can supply it to you without a license cost. It's available on both our Windows and Linux VPS solutions as a free option.
